This course covers various techniques and philosophy used in teaching riding for pleasure and beginning shows. Safety protocol, mounted and unmounted, is stressed along with basic horsemanship skills. Students have the opportunity to assist instructors with classes at the Equestrian Center. Permission of instructor required.
