Psychology Double Major: Clinical/Counseling

Department/Division
School
College of Liberal Arts and Sciences

Students who major in Psychology take courses that represent the breadth and depth of our field. All students take the foundational core, followed by selections from each of the broad psychological categories. Students may also elect to take courses that integrate or apply knowledge from many theoretical perspectives or provide opportunities for experiential and applied learning.

Students in the Clinical/Counseling Psychology concentration will gain theoretical background and hands-on experience to prepare for graduate school and careers in fields that rely heavily on clinical and counseling skills.
